Cromartie High School meets Persona 4
EDIT: People! There's new group 
cromartie-highschool and there this art can be seen again plus some other cromartie related things!
Ok it's another Persona 4 fanart, yes I'm obsessed with the game, just take a gun and release me from it's claws...
Either way, I've decided to make something pretty crazy here. I saw some screenshots of Persona 4, one including an All Out Attack scene, I saw Teddie and had to think of Mechazawa from the great anime/manga that I enjoy "Cromartie High School" (he's my favorite with his sexy voice done by my favorite voiceactor Jay Hickman). So I just looked for pics of him and found that many "posters" or whatever to the show contain 4 heroes: Takiyama, Hayaschida, Maeda and Mechazawa. So I've decided to replace the Persona 4 heroes with the Cromartie hang, which does seem to fit.
Mechazawa: I say... this would be a chance for an All Out Attack...

Takiyama as Souji the MC - The mc had a more shocked face from the whole Persona 4 team for some strange reason (it's really unfitting if you consider the Manga personality of him which is fearless so far I heard), but it did fit for Takiyama. At first I used the same eyes that Souji has, but they didn't fit to the cromartie style, so I have him these Angry/Frightened eyes, hope they're ok.
Hayaschida as Chie - Probably the most surprising choice, but ironically far easier than assumed. Maybe the fist looks off, but still.... pretty good!
Maeda as Kanji - This seemed the easiest... especially considering that Kanji already is a delinquent, has a similar facial build, his hair is also bleached. But to be fair, it wasn't such a piece of cake, as I assumed, but wasn't hard.
Mechazawa as Teddie - oh boy... the simplistic form of this fella made it quick, but I did some tweaking on him to make it closer to perfection.
Anyways this random idea... I actually thought if it wouldn't be a too bad idea to make a few comic pages of this idea "Cromartie High School meets Persona 4" I actually did get a few ideas that I think have the Cromartie style of humor... I even already designed the way Mechazawa's Persona and Shadow will look like... <gulp> yeah I'm obsessed!

Like my exgirlfriend for example...
She wants to know what my totem is...
She gets angry at me because I ask what a totem is or later ask for a big explanation of what I can choose as a totem and what what is.
Or some other guy... he keeps wanting to hug or just randomly mentions and compares stuff to Persona......... my head hurt from him talk... later he got angry at me and said I didn't have a personality.
I need some logic... I'm not a happy-go-lucky person... if it's some real person I'm talking to... I need to be excused if I ask questions.... but some people scream at me for doing so :(

Cromartie High School is overall about a high school filled with deliquents. Maeda represents the classic japanese look of one. Bleached hair... And Kanji does also represent that, hence they look alike. Heh You know, in concept rt, Kanji was meant to have dreads hehe

I thought of making a comic about that kind of combination, copying the Cromartie humour, but I'm not sure I'd have the time to draw it... I can't even find the time to draw my own comic.
OH BTW, I see on your avatar .... isn't that a Persona 2 character? .... and wait a minute "This is illegal you know..."??? Isn't that Zelda CD-i?

Oh I never played Persona 2, but I heard of Katsuya heh, I love the design of his persona Helios!

I truly have to say.... I am amazed... at first I was worried it'd be just another stupid cd-i poop... and while you did restrict yourself to the footages from that game as materials... the sentence mixing was great!!! I even heard lines in there that I've never heard before!!!!

heheh thank you. I figured it'd be a fun challenge to try to make something good out of only the in game materials (and I also limited most quotes to voice clips from their respective characters only, with maybe one or two words of exception)

ALTHOUGH ...... oh right, the scene with Ryo and Adachi, although I often considered making that into a Persona 4 Manga to switch balance from characters from cromartie acting like persona 4 characters to characters from persona 4 acting like cromartie characters....

Yes, but right now, I have college, I also make video reviews (from which the advertisements could give me a few extra dimes) and then there's also me trying to sell a bit of land so I can afford my own apartment (to actually draw yiff, or draw them as commissions and also produce more videos).
I can't even find time for my real comic, hence I feel almost desperate enough to pay someone to draw it for me... This Cromartie/Persona project... I'd love to make it, I even have a bit of a scenario and dialogue written out, even if it is mostly just scenes from cromartie with the same characters but in the persona universe, although I did get some original ideas myself. In any case, right now... impossible, I'm sorry, but it really is. I'm already ripping my own hair out of my skull, I can't keep up with everything :(
So it's either "someday perhaps" or..... me writing the script out for a different artist to do or something, or just waiting 30 years till I have the time.... sorry.
