I liked the week-long egg hunt, personally. I found it more entertaining than New Leaf's Bunny Day event. Would have been funny if there was also a bug-egg buzzing around to fully take over the ecosystems. I understand hose who especially love fishing would be unhappy, especially when the eggs were more common. I got good at spotting which fish shadows were eggs, since they seemed to always be a specific size. Shame this event wasn't as lucrative as New Leaf's, though.
