So it's been like, three years, I suppoooose it's time to actually show Sugar's outfit - as rendered by Elec here, in a nice Sonic-esque style!
Sugar and her sister Spice are both owners of a ship called the Salted Caravel - they're basically traders, delivering wares across the ocean. As such, made sense for them to have something of a sailor-themed outfit! ...Combined with Esmerelda from Hunchback of Notre Dame.
