Bao had his nose flush to the ground, sniffing the budding grass with great interest. Seiichi was walking beside his partner, enjoying the weather in the Digital World that day. Spring was always his favorite of the seasons, and it seemed like his world's electronic counterpart was no exception to this. The two of them had heard about Eclairmon that morning, and Bao had run circles around Maeda until they went out for the scavenger hunt.
"Seiichi! Why aren't you looking?" the Labramon asked, taking a break from sniffing to look at his friend. "Don't you want to find all the eggs?"
"I think I'll leave that to you, bud," Maeda replied, patting Bao on the head. "You seem to be having a lot of fun."
"Oh, I am!" Bao began to wag his tail. "I'm going to find all the little eggs with the candies and I will eat them! Every last one!"
"Atta boy."

The background on this is so lazy but also I really didn't feel like doing one sooooooo I draw Bao doing nosework and Seiichi being full of love for his best friend who is also a dog, that is all. Bao would often run around on the farm looking for wild strawberries and other treats to snack on, so he hasn't had a good chance to sniff out goodies in a little while. His behavior as a digimon and behavior as a dog are so interwoven nowadays that he has just integrated both into his mental processes.
Also I feel like I should mention @/FireHoundoom for uploading their piece before mine and reminding me of the street sign aspects of the digital world in their work, I would have done more but I got tired that is all
