Meandering light
Love lost long ago In withering times
To those wondering souls
To the light-seekers
Ne’er do light shine on thy path
For those meandering spirits
Those souls searching for the light
The light runs, but stays close
Always far, always near.
The light doth dance and the light be still
The light grows and the light decays
The spirit follows and goes astray.
The soul seeks but the spirit weeps.
The light holds and shimmers
And the soul catches the light
The light envelopes the soul and lifts it
The soul wonders no more.

Dude, you should try out villanelles some time. I think you'd enjoy writing them.
