I have realized I rarely watch TV anymore. And honestly so far I don't have many incentives. My TV is just for games, DVDS and when I am strictly bored. Only House, and Law and order save..a little.

My nephews think "Family Guy" is the best show on television. I think it has too much drug and sex humor. I can't believe I heard the expression "cum dumpster" on there! And when I mention the humor is too adult, they tell me it's because I'm old and have no sence of humor. And my youngest nephew has been using the word "sucks" alot lately.

Por estas cosas...alabado sea internet XDD prefiero poder ver series antiguas de animacion o reales (estoy bajandome fraiser entera ^^) , comic y anime que ver la television. Ahora mismo solo algun serie que otra se salva. Ysi da asco que se pongan de referente moral...los programas de sobremesa, sobre todo cuando se ponen a hacer reportajes estilo "videjuegos/anime/rol/ect son peligrosos o no"...y luego con toda la hipocresia del mundo te plantan un reportaje sobre la ultima que se ha acostado con el famosete de turno

I loved smallvile when it started and never lose a chapter..but now..I am trying to like it and there are some cool moments but they are dragging the point way too much! knock it off! D:<

Everything expect Famly Guy, I agree on. Family Guy is probably one of my favourite shows to just sit down to late at night (it's on BBC3 in the UK every night after about 10:30 but the times change everyday). I think the humour is so random that I can still be caught off guard with it. The cutaways sometimes aren't great but they can be good at delivering a cheap giggle or two.
I hear you son. I only watch mostly History Channel and wrestling. Thanks to my nephew I gotten into "House" and Smallville is just getting worst and worst, but not because of Clark, but of the others that won't believe in his dream and do everything they can to undermind it. He believes in a higher idea that no one around him seem to believe in. They all say he is going to be a great hero, but they try to make him just like the rest of us. He don't need to change, they do.
Hey that reminds me of an intervies I heard. It was trying to defend the sorry state of television. When the TV Exec. was asked why TV was so bad, he said TV gives people what they want. If they didn't want garbage, they wouldn't get it! So, I guess it's our fault. Another briliant statement was the smartest of society watches TV. And the least intrlligent also. So, they have to have programing for the least intelligent!
Those silly TV Exec. always say that when ask for more years than I want to think back on. Its what the viewing public wants to see and we keep the shows so everyone no matter how smart they are can enjoy the shows, but all they do is give us the same things over and over again and make the shows for only a small age group.
I knew I wasn't the only one thinking like that. Fortunately I have my computer and my room and DS when It's Crazy Granny's Bad News and Soap Marathon! 5 PM to MIDNIGHT is all terrible role models and commenting on all the crimes of the day...

TV's running on thin wire. All these new TV shows they got on the air are beginning to suck ass, although I did like My Gym Partner's a Monkey when it aired. And Spongebob, before they did that massive bash. And yes, I am one of those 24 TV show nerds.
But other than that, I don't think there's that much worth watching on TV.
