Penelope is a young beloved panda who has a love of astronomy.
Penny doesn't just wanny learn about the stars and the galaxies, she also wanted to go out and explore tham as an astronaut. She has a collection of posters, artifacts, and toys about astronomy and the outer space. In fact Penny's favorite TV show is Star Trek.
Unfortunately during her school time and her time time at the park, she barely made any friends, but mainly enemies instead. Not many schoolmates like her, all because she's fat and chubby, nerdy, and a foreign exchanged student.
Penny and her single mother moved to Vancouver, Canada, and that's how her mom found a new husband who is also a panda working at the Space Station while her mom remains stayed-at-home.
Penny got tired of being bullied and making fun of in school and was close to committing suicide, but she secretly hired a motivator, Bryant Benchmen. She managed to fight back, but not in a nice way. She got in trouble in school twice, once by punching her school bully multiple times until she got a nose bleed and the next by poisoning the school bully's lunch. Penny's motivator never wanted her to act like another school bully, but a stronger student to overcome bullies.
Penny is obssessed with social media and usually finds online friends on discord, twitter, and instagram. In one episode, she met a new friend named Brent Hankle the Pig. They became fast friends, but while Penny and her dad were out shopping while visiting Florida, USA, Ethan noticed Penny chatting to a random person online. Ethan didn't want to be too nosey so he told Marv about this incidence. Marv respecfully asked Penny how she met Brent and she told him that she just met him a week ago and skimmed through previous chat about them meeting together and cuddling. Marv also realized that she never told her parents about Brent. Marv had an idea, a risky idea, that Marv, Ethan, and Bryant are gonna rent an apartment filled with cameras and let Penny send the address of the rented apartment to Brent. Brent came late at night while her dad is out at a meeting, and Penny was surprised to see a giant adult obese pig. The adult pig came in and told Penny to come in to her car, his son is waiting for her. Penny stayed in the bathroom and told him to wait while she gets changed. The adult pig insisted to come into the bathroom and help, but Penny respectfully said no. The adult pig asked again, but Penny said no, and this time he demanded Penny to let him in while kicking the bathroom door. It was now up to Ethan, Marv, and Bryant to tackle him. Marv and Ethan, and Penny too, still in the bathroom, had learned that Brent was the adult pig, he had no kids nor was he married, he was a child predator. Penny made a vow to never directly talk to strangers again in her life.
