Cute enough, yes. I'd huggle her to pieces. Though the white and blues make her seem to be a bit icy. Like if I hug her, I'll get frostbite. :#

Does she have a name? Origin? What kind of setting does she live in?

And... adoptable? I seen this in other submissions, but what in the hell does it mean? I adopt a picture?

and I haven't got all that yet, she doesn't have a name or species or habitat just yet

and an adoptable is you essentially buy the character, some people are different, but for the most part you cant change their markings or design, you can change their colors, some people let you change their gender to some extent. So once you have adopted them you are allowed to draw them without the artists consent. But still giving the artist credit for creating them

Ah, so like buying the "character concept" from the original artist.

Hmmm... suppose that makes sense... though being the creative type myself, I'd find it easier to get inspired, then make something all my own. But whatever works for other people.
