Hey dear one you have nothing to be sad over... it's my past. Without my past being what it was I wouldn't be who I am today. Our world of experiences molds us into who we are. Be it good or bad. I look back at my past, I understand it's my past and it can't be changed, so I need to move forward with life.

My past had bad time, but there were also good time... the sad fact is at times the mind only seems to focus on the bad times when you are down like times of depression.

Be of good cheer and find the little joys in life, no matter how small the may be they may be the thing that pulls you through the hard times.
