Vuren is a Pokemon Ranger who took in Dazzle when he was just starting his career. The two grew up together and became top ranger serving Fiore, Almia, and Oblivia together, but after being attacked by a Ramparados left Vuren injured, he still continued to be a ranger despite his medical issues. Vuren later died on a mission due to said issues, leaving Dazzle to take his place as a Ranger to continue his legacy.
