Metra F40C #614, the "Edward F. Brabec", pushes its Milwaukee District-West train from Elgin, Illinois, into Chicago's Union Station at the height of rush hour. The 36-year old, ex-Milwaukee Road F40C's were recently retired, but this one and another were brought back into service to cover additional motive power needs, making them the last 6-axle passenger locomotives in service in the US.
