Yeah... this was a quick little thing since I had originally tried doing this in OC but then when I figured I couldn't do the effects right in OC, I decided to take the drawing from OC, remove the color and then do it here... what's missing (you can't tell since it's seperate layer) are the wings and the sidewalk that'll replace the blue when I finish.... but overall, I still like the picture :3 I think it's cute and emotional and RAIN!
