If anything being with Kroc, just on the basis of both of them being different, worsened Mary's psychosis. She wanted to be treated like an adult, but around him she reverts to acting like a child. A relationship she desperately wanted to work, but started on a weak foundation in which she isn't loved nor respected would do that. I did like her redesign
