This was ready to be uploaded on last Sunday, but some internet connection problems isolated my house from the rest of the cybernetic world.
Commission for , who requested Sledge, Calene and their daughter Ilaria spending some quality time at a cocktail bar, in the style of a previous drawing of mine, called Ruby Room. Due to the blue tones of this piece, we wanted to call this bar the Sapphire Room. Now we only need an Emerald one. 8B
Another photomanipulation, very complex this time: I mixed, fixed and modified four different pictures to get this background.
Ainhanda gave me the liberty to design some new clothes for Sledge and Calene. I must say I got some inspiration from the Lackadaisy comic... I'm really proud of Sledge's outfit. I kept the basic color scheme of his older clothes and added the symbols I think he's linked to. I don't know... it suits him. He looks like a prince now xD
Also, I think finally found the very first method I used to color Sledge's wings and make them shiny like in my Fatal Fight drawing. I never got around to color them shiny like in that piece again, but this time I think I got closer. x3 I should have noted the steps of that coloring somewhere.
Calene reminds me of Snow White for some reason I can't explain. ._.
