I usually use the skecthes for the finished works, due to tight space I can't use a light table.
I post sketches usually for others to approve of. aside that I usually use a sketch to finish it. it's a rarity I leave some piece be in sketch or prelim state.
you can find some of them sketches in scraps. :)
