"Maji" for short. This is a macro shot of my baby Savanna Monitor. Her name is Swahili for "Waterfall" and Maji means "Water. She got this name due to her obsession with soaking in her water dish. I'm not 100% sure of her gender, but female is my best guess for now.
Those claws might not look like much, but they are VERY sharp! I'll get another macro of that later. She's grown a bit since this photo and she also has more of a yellow-green hue to her scales as well.
