And neither are pants!

Charlie has a pretty good sense of humor, or at least likes to think he does, so upon hearing that birds aren't real, and are in fact spy drones used by the government to keep an eye on the population, he decided that it was time for either A: An identity crisis or B: A new shirt. He chose the shirt. But not the pants, because those are gross and uncomfortable. This is just his way of warning others around him that he's definitely keeping watch over them and reporting back to the NSA about how much bread and TP they buy. Please don't try to disrupt his circuitry with that taser...
Well, whether he's a real or a fake bird, he's definitely a cute one! I love his adorably fluffy body, dangerous birb thighs, and iridescent feathers! PD always leaves me feeling so happy with my characters, I can't recommend 'em enough! ;3
