I live with two yappy dogs. They don't yap when i'm around. But their owner doesn't do anything about when i'm not around. it's annoying. :(

Omgomgomg...I deal with this shit too. I finally copied and printed the animal control ordinances and taped it to the persons door, saying that if they don't do anything about their noisy dogs I'd call animal control and let them take care of it.

It seemed to work pretty well.

SMALL suggestion, you can panel your shit HOWEVER you want, in fact it creates for a more realistic train of speech when doing it your way! But I would try scooching your speech bubbles a liiittle further back into the previous panels so it's obvious that's where you're going with them, if I'm making sense. :D

Craig Thompson's "Blankets" is a prime example of stuff like that! Def. reccommend reading it if you're up for a tearjerking graphic novel DRAWN ENTIRELY IN BRUSH PEN YEAHHHHH (i think so anyway)

You could have taken the crazy panels even further, maybe rotating them or have one panel that seems to have been slapped over the others, slightly obscuring them. Whatever; crazy panels rule.

And art isn't bad if it suits the comic. Look at LOLcomics or XKCD.

This happened with my neighbor when I lived in my duplex apartment. Her's was a little asshole daushchscuschsund

I wrote an angry note and left it in her mail box. She apologized and bought the crapper a little electrical bark collar. I felt like a dick but it didn't bark after that :')

That's what Lee (cousin) was talking about not too long ago! My neighbor has two monster dogs (one big, black german shepherd and one boxer/mastiff mix) and they bark A LOT, mostly at night when I wanna sleep (and it's ALWAYS the side of the house that my bedroom window is facing). One time Lee was walking over to my house (he lives with my parents who are next door to me...there's a long story to that) and he could hear them barking, and it annoys him as well...so he picked up a small rock, threw it without thinking much on direction (except towards my neighbors house), heard something connect, and a big old "YELP!"
And it was nighttime. :o
And whichever dog he hit was fine. Just stunned.
