Yes I know the markings are jaguar markings, but jaguar markings are prettier and I still wanted to call them leopards so I can have the gold leopards vs the silver leopards. Basically, they're legally considered the same thing, so they're lobbying the government to be considered two distinct species because of just,,how *different* they are. They aren't making much progress, unfortunately.
