-Meet Lachmil, stupendous Steamancer!!!

-With his Old magic helmet, Lachmil is able to produce magically an icredible ammount of steam which with his family talisman, is able to produce the most marvelous and colorful show with clouds that only in this arena you could see it!!!

Alright ladies and gentlemen, this is my contribution to the Arcane Idol OCC, i solved to create an OC that could be an arcane idol but with a vintage to modern aspect, and all the creation process got a little bit wild since then.

Lachmil is one of the many ancient lizard men that usually lives in some far lands, those people are known for their techno-magical knowledge and being closed to share this to the rest of the world, several researchers have tried to replicate their stuff, but with no success.

Lachmil went out of his homeland looking for new horizons and a more peaceful place to live, and found himself on a small traveling circus, where presents himself as a steamancer, which uses two of his many items that he brought from his home, "Ye Old Smoke Maker Helmet" that as it's name says produces smoke enought to make clouds and his little Talisman that looks like a Hookah called "The Mist Hydra's Hookah", those items are named by his stage companions.

The Steamance's helmet works with the help of a tiny magical gem that helps the helmet's top to condensate the air and produce the clouds, inside the helmet there some mechanical treats like a small water tank and things similar as we use on fog generators.

About the Talisman, The mist hydra's hookah is a magical item that Lachmil uses to manipulate the mist that the helmet produces, this talisman gives color and animism to the fog being able to create living forms... the crystal in the talisman's center is the powerfont of this item, also there is two dragon heads carved on it, which one inhales the smoke and the other releases the treated colorful smoke.

Why the circus theme?

-This was an idea that came naturally while i developed the OC's design, mainly because a question just poped in my head, Where did he could present himself? (ironically the circus theme played at distance cause i forgot to disable the youtube's autoplay), then, circus is one of the better viable ways to catch the people's attention and really fits with the vintage style that this OC got.

The steampunk like design came as a bonus for the vintage style.

I did this artwirk i time ago for a OC contest from deviantart, unfortunadely, i did not got chosen to the semi-finals.
