My half of a very off-the-fly trade type thing with flaredragon. I showed him a concept of a shark character I'm working on with floof and he really, really liked it. X3 And actually decided to draw it. *Such a nice guy. <3*

So I felt bad that I wasn't going to be doing anything. And thus told him I would draw my favorite character of his, Fein.

Fein is a lizard of mine in a world that has sadly evaporated from my life with it's owner. The character is still around however. Fein comes from a place where bio-technical implants are not only against the law, but against morality and religion. He happens to have several of them that allow him to interface with computer systems and to steal a better term, "Dive" into them. He didn't get them by his own choice, rather he was abducted, made an orphan, and experimented upon.

Those cables connected to him are all attached to jacks that interface with his cybernetic implants and nerves. In order to focus his mind during these escapades, which can be very dangerous to his sanity since his mind can be written on as easily as any other disk, he listens to techno to safeguard his mind.

He was such a treat to draw. I had so many ideas I had to resketch a few times, and then I had a conflict with Flash. Three seconds after trying to add the finishing touches, it crashed. :| So. Fein is too awesome for Flash, apparently. So I dragged his technologic ass to Saipainter and did this all in there.
