Working out some of my emotions about the current state of the world. I hope the imagery is not too morbid. I see the signs of hope with the coming spring. Coltsfoot is the first flowering native plant, the Mounrning Cloak is the first butterfly to appear in spring and the Song Sparrow is bird song that tells me winter is over and life is returning. we will get through this, not without losses we will rise again.
