A Delectable Little Sssssnack...
It all happened so fast. One moment, you were wandering the woods, just enjoying the warm weather and fresh air, the next... a flash of purple, a heavy thump against your chest, and now you can't move beyond a wriggle. All around you is more of that purple, darker shades of it warring with the lighter patches for supremacy. It's only when that large head looms into view that you inhale to scream.
"Now now," the serpent chides, his sibilant tone like that of a parent to a child. Barely a squeak escapes you before those coils squeeze in tight, crushing the air from your lungs. "We mustn't be having any of that nonsense."
After a moment or two, the muscular coils relax and you can fill your lungs again. Once more, you thrash and try to scream, terror clouding your better judgement. Once more, the thick tail closes in, almost tighter this time. Twice this process repeats and, by the time the snake relaxes his grip around you, all you can do is let out a hoarse gurgle, your head pounding from the squeezing-induced increase in blood pressure. Your vision blurs as the snake cocks his head to the side, letting out a small sigh.
"There now... got that all out of your system?" You're still gasping for air, your head lolling about just outside the topmost loop. "Good. I find it rather more pleasant if my meals are more obedient about the whole process. I find it distasteful to have to kill my meals first, if you'll pardon the bad joke."
If you hadn't just been crushed nearly to death, his words might have cause renewed fear and attempts to escape. Oxygen deprivation, it seems, is doing its job of keeping you docile. The snake tuts softly and nuzzles up against your face, his forked tongue tickling along your cheek.
"Mmm... nice and tender..." he croons, pulling away slightly to look you right in the eyes and smile. "Bottoms up and do enjoy the journey."
As his jaws open nice and wide, drool spattering over your face as he draws in close, a small part of your brain that's still active enough wishes that he'd squeeze you again. The blackness of unconsciousness is much preferable to you than the fleshy pink tunnel of darkness...
