Enforcer was created by a mix of the EvergreenCorps genetic experiment division and the Security Sector. Unlike other current (escaped) genetic experiments, Enforcer was a massive success, and her documentation is being passed through the upper circles of the EvergreenCorps now for replication.

Enforcer currently remains one of a kind still, however. Standing an impressive 7 foot high, she is a brutish, brash and crude person, injected and altered with a cocktail mix of human growth hormone, experimental steroids and other classified compounds.
Her role is to maintain the quarantine of the ruined city, forcibly ushering curfew breaking individuals back to their houses or at least out of the unsafe zones.
