Whatever this young warrior has done to incur the wrath of a Pixen, let alone a Southern, rest assured that it must have been considerable.

Southern Pixen exact divine retribution upon those who have wronged their masters by manifesting before the guilty party and promptly proceeding to devour the individual(s) whole. Often while still alive. It is said that the stomach of a Pixen is like a miniature hell, where instead of being digested, the victim is tortured in a variety of different manners. Most stories and beliefs about the 'innards of the Beast' claim that if one is to be ingested, they suffer punishments similar to their crimes. (For example, if you were to rape a Priestess and a Pixen came to punish you, you would probably undergo some form of sexual or genital torture inside the stomach)

Once the Pixen is done (which they decide in their own time), they simply demanifest on the spot, leaving behind the remains of their victim. (which are usually in a state of mutilation)
