THEFT WARNING// Character stealer
So i can't believe this is happening to me again, from accounts stolen, art stolen, art traced and now characters of mine sold on me by a thief.

Regarding that character, putting me in overwhelming stress.

is the culprit of selling them my character, i dont have or never seen or used Amino before so it's all confusing to me and I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! or if they have more of my characters. So now i've closed me character sale trello page .-. which hurts because i need the $$..
but I needed to put this out there, please if you recognise my characters approach me, or look out for your own. I'm going to have to take time out of work now to auctioning on them.
Making it harder the buyer didn't pay with paypal, so im in a bad situation of this character is mine.. but they "paid" someone else who stole it to own it..
i need help.

I know that this isn't of much help, but I'm really sorry to hear all of this! It's honestly a terrifying thought, that people can simply do these things without any repercussions.
This probably won't solve much, but maybe you could watermark your character artwork from now on? That way even if someone tries to steal it, the unavoidable proof of your ownership will always be there! I know some artists who watermark everything they post and only give clean copies to commissioners and whatnot, maybe that would be safer...
That said, the fact that people do these things really frightens me. People with such bad morals shouldn't be allowed to get away with these actions!

Also over the course of years i've purchased or draw and used over 50 characters as you do with adoption hoarding i just have so many and it'd take hours.. but now yeah i think i have to 100% mark every single one and every single piece of art they have,

If so you could forward it to the curators and leaders on amino, and they will help you out. They are really strict on art theft lol

Its pretty easy, you send a message to one of the curator team, and they will help you out. Like as simple as sending a text saying "hey, some stole my art, and i need help."
