What a little strength training WON'T do to a woman
Being a personal trainer, i tend to hear a-lot of concerns from my female trainees that are... well, kind of dumb! if YOU are a woman who is on the fence about doing any type of strength training because you're afraid of looking like good ol' stephanie here, let me go ahead and put some things to rest for ya! unless you supplement with testosterone, and/or estrogen suppressers (testosterone has a hormone that boosts muscle growth, and estrogen has a hormone that limits muscle growth... and don't forget the use of Illegal substances, because most of 'em do just that!) you WON'T experience ANY unfeminine bulkyness! 9 times out of 10, that lady at the gym that you're jealous of and wish would die because her body is better than yours, is because she does some form of strength training. ^,=,^
so the next time you think about asking your personal trainer, "this won't make me bulk up, will it?" slap yourself twice in the face for me, Omnipharius! XD

i'd start doing some pushups till you can't feel your arms anymore,
then use some testosterone derived from any given reptile,
then some squats keeping pace with your testosterone regimen,
and finally some crunches.... and reptile testosterone.
repeat this process until green and scaly and BINGO! XD
