Woot! Wow those new ones are different from a year ago XD.

My dad had me get one a year or two ago. Took me out to CVS to get my photo taken for it without telling me. So I looked like crap.

So I had it retaken when I went to get the passport. But the lady that took it decided I looked too pale and darkened the photo making me look spanish or middle eatern or something. Plus I'd gotten my hair cut just before going for it and I didn't like the way that looked.

But as luck would have it, something was off with my application, and I had to mail them my birth certificate or something. So I took the opportunity to have my photo taken professionally and mail it to them as a replacement for the second one I had taken. It was my passport after all, and I was gonna have to look at that photo for 10 years.

Then I got my passport! Yay! I opened it up, and... the photo was all pink tinted and covered in reflective text for security! You could hardly even see the photo!

So that was an adventure in wasting money. :/
