HanMonster drew this commission for me last year as a sort of memorial for the many forests that burned in the rampant wildfires in California that year (one of which took my raid leader's home and several raid members' houses, too!). Rooth'roo has created somewhat of a firewall by gouging rifts in the hillside, and now he is attempting to transplant this big tree to a safer location. He may not know what he's doing, but his heart's in the right place, and hopefully the rangers at the sanctuary can remedy what he screws up.
Also Happy #MacroMarch the 27th (pt 2) :)

Aww thanks for the thoughtful comments. :) Yeah, for this kind of theme/concept, Han's style was a perfect fit, I'm glad and fortunate to have had the chance to commission her. (or him, or them; Han is pronoun agnostic ;))
Hopefully no major fires this year. COVID is plenty enough to deal with.

Thank you very much, Kurra. :) I'm glad my commissions can inspire such imaginings -- it's how I got my start in this community, I think, being inspired by the art of others spicing the occasional daydream. I guess a part of me hopes my own 'art' (commissions) would have the same impact on people, but never really thought much about it. But your comment sheds light, needed light in this time, and I appreciate you sharing it. Thank you. :)
