In this scene Noah is taking his anger out on Louis as he unleashes his hidden power. Louis must of said something to him that he didn't like, or rather....did something Noah didn't appreciate. Noah doesn't often use his dark powers unless he really needs to, but I guess in some ways he has to express his anger somehow. Just don't get on his bad side. As of what happens next...only fate can decide.
