Excuse the uncreative name, but there's nothing really else to call this that wouldn't make it incredibly confusing to find.
This is one of a few quite well-designed background aliens from the most popular adult cartoon on air at the moment, Rick and Morty. Granted, most of them have genetalia as a central theme when designing them, but a select number seem a little more creative and fantasy-like. Although this fly thing's jowels and a smooth blueish bump hidden by padding between its legs do bring to mind cajones of some sort. It's not nearly as bad as some of the other ones though; in fact I thought it had the capacity to be cute in an ugly sort of way (hence the added padding).
No explanation for why it's diapered this time; though I will give it the name Okshlaftik Grumblestoff; made up on the spot, in typical Rick and Morty fasion.
Trivia: This was originally going to be part of a
ShironFan-esque sketch dump page, hence the smaller than usual size, but I felt that going all the way with coloring was the right choice this time.
