Perhaps, but if it's made of the same types of synthetic fur material as many fursuits use these days (and not a really horrible generic $100 suit) and doesn't have any airbrushings or sensitive parts, it will be fine. Shaving cream's water soluble and is basically a soap based foam with alcohol, so it'd probably clean it in the process of washing it off!
