I love this one, and her name is Judisa. Now this is the first time I have ever done an eel character. Now if any of you have ever seen any character that has been done as an eel I would love to see it.
Now I think I may have put way too many colors in her.
Other than that she is one of the characters who are Spanish. And yes she knows the language as well.
