Much RAR. I think dragons say RAR in any language, even Welsh. :)

The Welsh dragon annoys the English by RARing with letters that are consonants in English, but vowels in Welsh. Therefore, I think it goes something like RYWR.

I KNEW that was why the Welsh did it!

BTW since one of my grandparents was named Welsh, perhaps their ancestors were! It's lost in the mists of history. I know so little about Wales. Sad, really.
