Objective: Capture special Viper Tobi Kadachi
There have been reports of a odd color Viper Tobi Kadachi roaming around Hoarfrost reach. This Tobi not only sport black scales and fur with a almost glowing blunder belly, but also blue eyes that seem to gaze into one's soul, but funny enough the weirdest thing about it is that it seems friendly towards people.
This Viper Tobi is based on the colors of a certain ninetales of mine.
