I am happy with the way this turned out, but I cant wait to get a Nikkor 70-300 F3-5.6 with VR, this would have turned out amazing if I had it instead of my Tamron.

I have a wide-angle lense from Tamron (11-18 mm) and very happy with it, but you might be right that a Nikon lense would be better

I would be happy with your Tamron 11-18mm, it has gotten some really nice reviews, and you've used it quite well I must say ;)

I was only saying that my cheap $160 Tamron doesn't look quite as sharp as the Nikkor 70-300 that costs 4x as much :p

Yes it's nice to have but i do not use it often for landscape shots, mostly inside. Tamron have som nice "low budget" lenses but i prefer Canon, but they can be so expensive like a cheap car and thats definite tooooo much money
