This item is a standard +1 Health Potion, but the addition of a living Yarill has changed the flavor from an unpleasant bitterness to a sweet vanilla. T his potion restores 1d20+3 health
Crafting: A Vanilla Health Potion +3 is made using a Yarill and a +1 Health Potion. The Yarill is inserted into the bottle during the spring when it's antlers have fallen off, and the bottle is corked. Once it's antlers, the place the Vanilla flavoring in their bodies is strongest, has grown back the Health Potion can then be poured over them. The Yarill must then be allowed to steep in the bottle for 1 month (or 1 week if shaken at least once a day).
The Yarill tends to be happier with you if you dont fill the bottle so completely that they cant breathe, but the health potion they're soaking in keeps them from actually fully drowning so they're fine either way.
