Looks OK, but the face could stand to be a bit more rounded in the chin and cheek, and a bit to big for the body even by anime standards though that's just personal preference. The shoulders seem a bit unbalance and pull to the left hand side of the screen a bit. The best way remedy the shoulder problem is to simply do a simple skeleton showing joints and body portions.
