She reminds me a lot of the ladies you might find patrolling the hallways in a school during class-time in search of those who would try to abuse their restroom passes. Or at least, I think Ms. Nuggets looks a lot like the intimidating one I knew who patrolled our High School. :)
Regardless, she comes off like a most intimidating force whose large size could be mis-translated to dire results. Big doesn't neccessarily mean slow, or weak.
