Amy was a normal anthro Eevee girl before she became an inflatable. After getting covered by an experimental latex, she becomes a living pooltoy capable of producing more inflatable Eeveelution gals as well as changing into other Eeveelutions.
The Eeveelution gal she was making is a Jolteon who's even bigger than the Hybrid. As Amy tries to inflate the Jolteon bigger, the Hybrid wanted more air so she had to pause mid-flation to oblige. This left the Jolteon gal to be inflated rather unevenly. Though now Amy scrambles to correct the proportions.
