So I'm pretty far behind on submissions. As such, this image is over a year old and both characters are outdated, both in their looks and their relationship. As such, I don't remember the finer details, just that it's still a friggin' good piece of art and that the two of them hate each other for their own reasons. The little one's a Goldyura named Yori who's way in over his head with magic, as you can tell with the destruction behind the two of them with the guy creating and triggering a magical nuke that destroyed both property and people alike. The tall, handsome one there is Ignis, a Deckannima who absolutely abhors magic for various reasons and was moments away from killing Yori before the, uh...we'll call them "magic police" arrived to investigate the sudden surge in magic.

Deckannima is a species created by  blitzdrachin and Ignis is my fella.
Goldyura is also a species created by sify and belongs to  totodice1
