Did this one not too long ago as an experiment in Photoshop. I'm not a fan of black outlines, so I've been trying ways to do color line arts digitally. My strong area of oC 1.1 is pretty worthless in doing this unless you put a LOT of work into it.

I also played around with blur filters. But over all, I was not trying anything serious with this. I would work on it with now, but I tend to be away from my computer much of the day and CS4 crashes on it. I have Elements 2.0 but it lacks some critical commands.
