I'm shit for motivating myself to write my OWN stuff, but I tend to be much easier to motivate when somebody else comes up and is like "Here...I've got this project, and I want you to do *this* for it for me". As in, the less choice you give me, and the more like work something is, then the MORE likely I am to do it. I'm mental like that *grin*
