Here we have the latest freehand Veve I've done for someone close to me. I'll spare everyone the boring details of what the meaning behind the Veve is, and simply say that the particular Loa isn't necessarily one of the common or popular ones. She's...Well, something of a bitch, according to most sources. But she has a particular area of expertise that will suit the person I've crafted this one for.

As with all of my Veve, this was crafted under strict ritual observance, with the utmost care. Despite its rough appearance (it was still wet, and you may see the salt granules used as part of the ritual) it's exactly as intended. Medium is acrylic paint on white canvas, freehand. It has "diamond dust" glow in the dark particles included in the blend of paint, as well as a particularly vibrant glow in the dark vibrant rose pink paint that allows the entire body outline of the Veve to illuminate in low light conditions. Took most of this afternoon to get down, and to perform the necessary rituals.
