You can't!

Do you paint these onto the mugs or get 'em printed somewhere? The results in either case are amazing!

I hand draw and paint them all with china paints. Each mug is fired a minimum of three times. Once for the linework, once more for first layer of color, again for second layer and background (if any)
If I'm not satisfied with the color I paint and fire again.
They're all dishwasher safe, except for pieces like this one, that have mother-of-pearl (in the kitty's wings) or gold lustre. Those are hand wash only.
