Yes, I've seen videos of it when it was in early development and really wanted to play it. It has amazing, postindustrial world and beautiful pixel-art aesthetics. Sadly there's no version for Linux and Windows is not officially supported on any of my computers.
If you like low-poly and pixel art aesthetics, I also recommend A Short Hike and Hyper Light Drifter.

I also like industrial scenery, both abandoned and active. The coolest place I was to was an experimental nuclear reactor - I've stood 7 meters above reactor core and seen blue glow of Cherenkov radiation in person :)

That’s some iron man arc reactor type stuff!! Some of the scenery of the abandoned reactors look so fitting if in Rain World. You mentioned urban areas in your game I recall. Are you planning on adding any areas with nuclear reactors? Looking at your gallery, I saw underwater exploration. This is already looking so good!!
Definitely. And not only regular nuclear reactors, but also weird Cold War era style things, like nuclear-powered armoured trains, ICBM bunkers, radar stations, underground shelters and factories. There will be also other unusual places like catacombs and abandoned temples (I've visited Paris Catacombs few years ago and it really left a lasting impression on me).
