This here's Seth. He's based on  vectordragon's character Herba. With permission of course.

Seth is an elderly Venusaur in his 70s. He's explored and travelled all his life and at his current ahe, he's still doing that and nothing's stopping him. He's a granddad to a young Bulbasaur who looks up to him and wants to follow in his footsteps.

He's always excited to be out and about and loves having a good laugh.
