The boys have moved to friendship. They chase and play through the house. This is the first time I have seen them resting together.

I am happy. Kitt had a brother and we decided between the two. I have regretted within three days of bringing him home not getting both as Kitt has really needed a cat that would play with him. the Squirt was openly hostile.

I consider the mistake rectified.
