I hope to finish it sometime soon, when I can find a screenshot to color grab Sachiel's blood. I do know its like either blue or purple, which may mean it would have been red in the day time. So I'll probably just go with red for contrast.

Depends on the canon now. Original series = purple. Rebuild movies = red XD

Keep a very open mind to be sure. If you go into it expecting gundam style giant robot bash, you'll be in for a very big disappointment. Most people honestly didn't enjoy it for the fact that it's truly a build of character with very human characters. In other words, everyone has some major issues. The "robots" or evas kick a lot of ass and are truly something else in terms of design and functionality and the battle sequences are seriously kick ass, but they are by no means the focus of the show.

I'm sure that I would love it. I have a very open mind when it comes to anime. Ever heard of "Mind Games"? Anyways, I know I'd like Evangelion. I just have to take the time to watch it.

I haven't heard of that one but I'll look it up, and glad to know there are some still alive that don't have to be spoon fed like most jack-asses nowadays. I swear if Naruto and Bleach are the future... We need to blow it the hell up. And use some Evas to do it.

Mind Games is a really, really odd movie. It makes little to no sense, and seems more like it was meant to be artsy. But it's that weirdness that I like about it.

And yeah, Naruto and Bleach are ok in small doses, and anime of their type has it's place like any other, but they're the ONLY kind of anime that gets shown in the States. It's a shame, really. At least as the internet becomes the dominant form of media, more and more anime is getting out there. YouTube has a decent variety that can be watched for free.

I'll see if I can pick up a copy of it. Whatever you do... Do not watch "Funny Games" the one that was made by Naomi Watts a couple years back... It was so "quirky" like Juno that I wanted to tear my face off, with something... anything in reach, it was so painstakingly polite!!!

That movie, is about 2 serial killers. They choose their victims and go about politely talking their way into the home, disabling the head of the household and slowly killing the rest with their POLITENESS!!! Oh god it sucked so bad.

I think I remember seeing trailers for that. I didn't know what to make of it. Now that you have said it's bad I actually WANT to see it. xD I will rent it, or something, and have a bad movie day with a friend.

I think I actually would have screamed if I went to the theater and tried to sit through it. And I generally don't see myself as someone who needs "constant gratification" for films and I think "the Fall" should be pretty good proof of that. By the way, "The Fall" is probably one of the most beautiful almost heartrending movies in a longtime. That director has a knack for nailing the most dark shit on camera without being overwhelming with it. Tarsem Singh, he's well known over here for "The Cell" with Jennifer Lopez in a surprisingly not shit movie costarring the ever awesome Vincent D'Onofrio. god that guy is a creeper.

I'll have to check it out, then. And if the movie doesn't have the, "constant gratification," factor, then my friend probably won't want to sit through it, even if it is entertainingly bad. xD I should watch "The Fall" too.
