Gift for my sweetheart, NobleTanu of their pokemon OC, Emanuel and his Milotic!
I wanted to try a different art technique, so they were my test! ^^ It will also be an example for some YCH's I will be releasing very soon. I'm super proud of this drawing because not only does Emanuel look like a pokemon trainer/more anime ish, but I've never drawn Milotic and I'm very impressed!
